ENCINITAS ADU

The inhabitants of the Encinitas ADU required a remodel with a lot of storage in a small space. Because of that the main element of the project is a wooden box in the center of the unit. The box stores the humid elements (kitchen and bathrooms), M.E.P. and personal items (cleaning supplies, luggage, clothing, household items, tableware, etc.).
