PATIO ADU

Patio ADU, in Carlsbad, was designed for a couple who wanted to move close to their family and grandkids but in a separate space. It is an ADU with a lot of light anchored by a central patio and a tree. The clean lines and pure forms combine with the simple roof that looks at the central patio that collects and recycles rainwater.
