South Park ADU is a minimalist granny flat where the owner wanted to move to an ADU and rent the main house. The condition was that she wished for spaciousness and a bathroom with plenty of light and, at the same time, privacy from the tenants. Solution: We designed a small patio with vegetation that allows for natural light and privacy. So the tenants can have fun in the backyard, and the owner can enjoy the light and privacy inside his ADU.
