UNDERGROUND ADU
Underground ADU is a basement conversion in La Jolla. The owners wanted to take advantage of the basement to host family members and have an space to work at home. They were living in a modern house and they wanted to have a similar style in the ADU, so everything would be integrated.
The basement has natural light because of a patio and the access is through a vertical green wall.
